Cross-border deal facilitation
Tucker & Partners was set up in 1999 to provide corporate finance and strategic advisory services to clients mostly in the technology sector. We are based in London, UK, but have team members in the USA and China.
Our primary focus is on facilitating cross-border transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, strategic investments, equity joint ventures and strategic partnerships, and raising debt and equity finance. We have an extensive network of decision-makers and are experts in developing value propositions, investment cases and business proposals.
We also provide consulting and advisory services on growth strategy, international expansion, market entry, and economic development.
